Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because BeastzMart primarily sells digital products and instant-access items, refunds are handled differently from physical goods.
1. General Rule
Once a digital product, login credential, download link, license key, access token, source code, or subscription access has been delivered, activated, shared, or successfully provisioned, the order is generally non-refundable and non-returnable.
2. Refunds May Be Considered Only If
A refund may be considered at our sole discretion in situations such as:
- duplicate payment for the same order
- payment captured but order not delivered
- product proven to be materially different from its description
- product access not provided due to our fault and not resolved within a reasonable time
- technical issue on our side that makes the product unusable and cannot be corrected
3. No Refunds Will Normally Be Given For
- change of mind after purchase
- lack of product compatibility with your device, hosting, server, theme, plugin, software version, or third-party environment unless compatibility was expressly promised
- failure to read product description before purchase
- lack of technical knowledge to use the product
- issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, API providers, or policy changes by external services
- partial use of subscription or delivered service
- delay caused by incomplete customer information or failure to respond
- requests made after product access has been used, downloaded, copied, or shared
4. Cancellation
Orders for digital goods may not be cancellable once processing, provisioning, or delivery has started.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact us at support@beastzmart.in or via WhatsApp with:
- order number
- registered email / phone number
- reason for request
- screenshots or evidence, where applicable
6. Review Timeline
We aim to review refund requests within 5 to 7 business days. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within the timeline of the relevant payment provider or bank.
7. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us first so we can attempt resolution. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to account suspension and denial of future service.
